Gertrude Atkinson (1874-1948), a prolific scrapbooker, was the daughter of journalist Wilmer Atkinson. The Gertrude Atkinson scrapbooks, 1937, are made up of scrapbooks complied by Atkinson covering topics dealing with Philadelphia history, as well as columns written by her father Wilmer Atkinson (1840-1920).
